Deborah leads the planning and delivery systems that turn the Powered Girl model into structured programme experiences. She helps organise cohorts, coordinate programme activity and maintain a consistent standard for every participant journey.
Her work also includes direct facilitation. This gives her a close view of how girls experience each session and helps the team connect programme design with the practical needs of learners, facilitators and families.
