Programme enquiries, application details, eligibility information, consent choices and communication preferences limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.

To respond to enquiries, assess applications, operate programmes safely, report aggregate impact and meet legal or safeguarding duties.

Children's information

Information about minors receives additional protections. It is not sold, publicly listed or included in analytics events.

Storage and sharing

Website submissions are stored in restricted programme systems. Information is shared only with authorised staff and service providers who need it for the stated purpose, or when disclosure is required to protect someone or comply with law.

Retention

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, application, programme administration, safeguarding duty or legal obligation, then securely deleted or anonymised.
