Leading her part of the pathway.
Dorcas leads training delivery and helps shape practical STEM learning across Powered Girl programmes. Her focus is on creating sessions where girls can participate actively, understand new concepts and apply their learning through projects.
She supports facilitators with preparation, delivery standards and learner engagement so that each experience remains safe, accessible and purposeful. Her role helps technical content become a confident learning experience for girls at different stages.
