Ernestina leads partnership development for Powered Girl. She builds and manages relationships with organisations that can expand access to the tools, expertise, learning environments and opportunities girls need to progress.
Her role helps partners understand the complete Powered Girl pathway and identify where their resources can create the strongest value. She also supports clear communication, alignment and responsible engagement throughout each partnership.
