Janel built her professional career in forensic engineering and business leadership before creating STEM Is for Everyone, a nonprofit that helps young people discover and pursue STEM opportunities.
Her organisation lists her as its founder and volunteer Executive Director. It also records leadership and board service in education, insurance and programmes designed to expand opportunity for women and young people.
